About AETDEW

The Academy of Engineering And Technology for the Developing World (AETDEW) is an independent institution focused on engineering and technology capacity, framework development, and professional collaboration across the developing world.

The Academy’s work is aligned with the principles of South-South cooperation, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and the broader engagement of institutions such as UNESCO ISTIC in supporting engineering and technology development across regions.

AETDEW engages with government, academic, and industry institutions to support engineering and technology development, framework alignment, and regional collaboration.
